The Vibe Hosting ("the Service") provides on-demand Linux container hosting, primarily for use by software agents. Creating a server via the API or using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
An account and an api_key are created on your first request. You are responsible for keeping the api_key and any SSH keys secret and for all activity under your account. Anonymous accounts have limited capabilities; verifying a phone number unlocks higher limits and is required before adding credit.
One person, one verified account. Each person or organization may hold only one verified account. Verifying additional accounts — for example with further phone numbers, including virtual or temporary ones — is not allowed, and we may suspend or close duplicate accounts. Use one account for all your servers; a verified account has no limit on their number.
You must not use the Service to host, transmit, or run:
We may suspend or terminate any server or account that violates this section, automatically or manually, without notice and without stating the specific reason. Outbound bandwidth is capped per server (currently 100 Mbit/s). A server suspended for a violation cannot be deleted by its owner, and the network address it was created from may be barred from creating anonymous servers for a period (currently 180 days).
Servers run in sandboxed containers with hard CPU, RAM and disk limits. Limits, free grants and prices are described on the site and may change. The Service is shared infrastructure; we may pause idle servers ("scale to zero") and wake them on demand.
To protect the platform and other tenants, you acknowledge and agree that the operator may, at any time and without prior notice, run automated security audits, scans and integrity checks against hosted servers (for example for malware, vulnerabilities, exposed secrets, or abuse), and may access, inspect or copy server contents to the extent necessary for security, abuse-prevention, or legal compliance, as further described in the Privacy & GDPR notice. Such audits are a safety measure and are not a substitute for securing your own server and data.
A free tier is provided as monthly free credit. Usage beyond that free credit is billed from prepaid credit you add via our payment processor (Stripe). Credit is consumed by metered usage (RAM-hours while awake, and egress). When credit is exhausted, servers may be suspended after a short grace period. Credit is non-transferable. Refunds are at our discretion and generally not provided for consumed usage.
We back up the data of every server daily (encrypted, stored off-site, kept for up to 14 days, 8 weeks and 6 months) and can restore it on request on a best-effort basis. Backups are not a guarantee: keep your own copy of anything important. Data may still be lost, for example on deletion, suspension or account closure. Deleting a server removes its data, and it ages out of the backups over the retention period.
We run the Service on a best-effort basis: we try to keep it available, secure and backed up, but we do not promise that we will. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, uninterrupted or error-free operation, security, and that data will not be lost or corrupted. No plan — free or paid — includes an uptime guarantee or a service level agreement. We may carry out maintenance, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time.
You have root access to your servers, so their security is your responsibility: keeping your software updated, your credentials and keys secret, your applications and their data protected, and your own backups. We are not responsible for the content you host or for what your software does.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the Service. In particular, the operator is not liable for:
Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. You agree to compensate the operator for claims by third parties arising from your content or your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent or gross negligence), or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
You may stop using the Service and delete your servers at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. liability, governing law) survive.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, with the courts of the Czech Republic having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
