The Vibe Hosting ("the Service") provides on-demand Linux container hosting, primarily for use by software agents. Creating a server via the API or using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
An account and an api_key are created on your first request. You are responsible for keeping the api_key and any SSH keys secret and for all activity under your account. Anonymous accounts have limited capabilities; verifying a phone number unlocks higher limits and is required before adding credit.
You must not use the Service to host, transmit, or run:
We may suspend or terminate any server or account that violates this section, automatically (e.g. CPU/egress/disk abuse) or manually, without notice.
Servers run in sandboxed containers with hard CPU, RAM and disk limits. Limits, free grants and prices are described on the site and may change. The Service is shared infrastructure; we may pause idle servers ("scale to zero") and wake them on demand.
To protect the platform and other tenants, you acknowledge and agree that the operator may, at any time and without prior notice, run automated security audits, scans and integrity checks against hosted servers (for example for malware, vulnerabilities, exposed secrets, or abuse), and may access, inspect or copy server contents to the extent necessary for security, abuse-prevention, or legal compliance, as further described in the Privacy & GDPR notice. Such audits are a safety measure and are not a substitute for securing your own server and data.
A free tier is provided. Usage beyond the free grant, and always-on plans, are billed from prepaid credit you add via our payment processor (Stripe). Credit is consumed by metered usage (RAM-hours, egress) and plan fees. When credit is exhausted, servers may be suspended after a short grace period. Credit is non-transferable. Refunds are at our discretion and generally not provided for consumed usage.
You are responsible for your own data and backups. The Service may not provide durable backups of your servers; data may be lost on hardware failure, suspension, deletion, or account closure. Deleting a server removes its data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The free tier has no uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from use of the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three months.
You may stop using the Service and delete your servers at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. liability, governing law) survive.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, with the courts of the Czech Republic having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
